Who joins

Small cohort.
Big questions.

We keep every group deliberately small and aligned. The right people create the experience for one another.

01

AI founders

Building applications and looking for the real texture of China’s AI scene — partners, distribution, engineering economics and how teams actually ship.

02

Early-stage investors

Scanning beyond headlines for companies, people and patterns that never make it into market reports.

03

Senior technologists

Curious about iteration speed, engineering culture and why China’s application layer moves differently.

04

China AI observers

Researchers, operators and independent thinkers seeking a grounded view of how artificial intelligence is developing across China.

What the cohort shares

Curiosity about China’s AI development, openness to real conversation and a willingness to contribute their own experience to the group.

The experience

Two worlds.
One continuous table.

It begins inside a trusted founder network. Then the office walls disappear and the conversation keeps moving west.

The Founder Circle

Two days inside the host’s own network. These are rooms you cannot reserve — you can only be brought into them.

  • Closed-door dinners with founders from Chengdu’s AI community.
  • Founder-to-founder sessions at two to three early-stage AI companies.
  • Introductions curated in advance around each guest’s background.

The Road

Five days across Western Sichuan. Snow mountains at four thousand metres, a small convoy and hours of unhurried conversation.

  • Premium 4×4 vehicles with licensed ground support.
  • The host rides with the cohort for the entire program.
  • A route with room to breathe — never a rushed checklist.

The Human Connection

In an office, everyone has a role. On a mountain road, people become themselves. That is where trust forms — and where the most useful conversations begin.

  • Six to eight guests — small enough for every person to participate.
  • A deliberately matched cohort built around professional fit and shared questions.
  • Repeated time together across meetings, meals and long road sections.
